First drawing submission of 09, woot! Anyways, so this is Sailor Moon from the manga/anime Sailor Moon drawn in a sort of chibi-ish style. No she's not missing an arm, it's behind her. ^^ Drawn with pencil first, outlined in black pen, and colored with Crayola and Prisma Colored Pencils.
