At one point, this was attempted with paint, and it looked terrible, the other day i got photoshop, and i wanted to revive this pic, so here it is!
I like the way it turned out, and would like some constructive critisism.
For the record, I'll probly delete unhelpful comments, so don't bother leaving them ok?

- the shoulders culd be a little more rounded out but other than that i love it and that's about all i have to say i gave it a five

- Well, I've read through the other comments and they seem to have been pretty helpful towards you. Hm... the hair looks a bit flat and chopped, it could use a little thinning I suppose. Then there's shading and lighting. Otherwise everyone else mentioned other things. Good luck!

- Um, Her shoulders seem very manly, and I am not trying to sound rude but she seems very butch. >.> her stomach is really elongated and it seems a bit to small for her breasts. I will have to agree with Aley, for the most part. Um, what really helped me was to buy how to draw manga, The body proportion one. ((I can't remember what it's called >.< wink ) but if you keep practicing it will get much better.

- I can't use photoshop very well, but I can tell that you tried hard. Um, proportion wise, her head seems kinda small, and maybe you could elaborate with the shading on her skirt. The blue with heavy black looks too extreme. Hope I helped. Sorry if I didn't.
