- Actually, the shoulders are fine in size compared to the head, it's just the entire lower section that is too small, and the other things that bother me is the arm position (I don't care what she's supposed to be leaning on, that's not how people lean), the anatomy of the torso, and the lips(?). You did a good job on the hands, however, but most other things need proper anatomy work.

- The shoulders look large compared to the hips. This makes her seem top heavy. Otherwise, the artwork is good, and the coloring is very good for your first attempt in photoshop.
