[[1 2 3 : 8]---> [[1 2 3 : 8] <---- ROW ECHELON FORM
.[0 2 7 : 11] -> .[0 1 3.5: 5.5]
.[1 4 -3: 6]]--> .[0 0 1 : 1]]
x + 2y + 3z = 8------> x = 1
.....y + 3.5z= 5.5 ---> y = 2
..............z = 1
