It's a bit plain I think.
Next time you should add some shading (doesn't have to be much, but it'll let your chara look more real) und you could think of some scenery to put this fellow in. I doubt that water is just blue. There are plants and other lil creatures.
But I really do like his expression and hope my critique was not too harsh and you'll able to learn a bit from it. - Report As Spam
