the arms are stiff but it looks kinda realilstic.

I think you could definitely work on the arms. They're awkward like that... But otherwise, I think it's pretty good. The shading was good. One thing that makes me go "?" is that his hair is flowing to the right while his skirt thingy is flowing to the left. Just a thought. And if that skirt thingy is cloth, you should add folds to it. At the moment, it looks too stiff.

- What's up with the arms? I'm sorry but the arms crack me up, lol. Now to get serious: I think you did a good job. The only problem are the arms, proportions. He looks really stiff. I suggest looking at pictures and study how people are posing. Then try redrawing your guy again with the same pose that you see other people in. Keep up the good work. Trust me you will get better =)
