Bio:Hiei, An Old Friend of Gaara from the age of 3, abandoned by his family at age 7, he was abducted by Orochimaru for testing of a new cursemark. Orochimaru bit him on his back and gave him the Oblivion CurseMark. After which he tried to take his body, but as he found out he gave a cursemark which was stronger than even him. Due to this failure he used a forbidden jutsu to conceal Hiei in Oblivion , where he met his summon Anima. At age 12 he figured out the ways of Oblivion and escaped. Once he had escaped he returned to Sand Village to see a new world, he rejoined with Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari and was updated on what has happened. Hiei left the village to find the one who cursed him at age 13. He found a clan and made new friends , but unfortunately inner chaos has seperated them. At age 16 he found out who his family was and the fact that he was the only one left in the Royal Family , so he Took over and was crowned "The Kage Of Sonozaki". However, He slayed all of the clan , except his brother, after being in the 2nd state of the Kagesekigan for to long. Hiei has an alter ego named Yami Boukyaku, rarely used, but his power his is fused with his during transformation, causing a black aura of chakra to surround him and further heightening his strength.

Upon spending his time in Oblivion he developed a weird power amongst the ranks of Sharingan, and Byakugan.He had developed the ability to make his chakra external , control Anima, and even transform. His eyes would turn black and his retina's Silver with an exotic star like formation, he named it The Kagesekigan.

Kagesekigan: Gives the user the ability to use chakra to speed up senses, intensify strength, or even create objects or creatures with Chakra, its secondary ability is the ability to slow down the movements of the opponent.
To much time using the Kagesekigan can lead to the user being in a coma like state for 24 hours.

CurseMark Transformation: I grow horns on my head, my fingernails turn into claws , my skin turns a darkish orange, i grow a black tail somewhat like a dragons, My teeth turn into fangs, and i grow two wings one black and one white (If im using the Kagesekigan my retina is yellow.)
