Actually, disagreeing on points of doctrine means that one or both are not believers, because true believers agree on everything (1 Corinthians 1:10). If we have any division, that is actually a sin, a work of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21; variance is the keyword there, which is used in the KJV), and those who do the works of the flesh will not inherit the Kingdom.

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call." (Acts 2:38-39)
----------
Where does this say that Christ only died for the elect? This verse simply tells everyone to repent and be baptized, then it goes on to say that the promise (of eternal life) is to you, and your children, even as many as are called by the LORD. This does not negate that Jesus died for everyone, but simply reaffirms that there are elect, God's chosen.
Also, I can't even begin to figure out why you think Revelation 13:8 supports Jesus not dying for everyone (simply another verse concerning predestination). Very plainly, even if you cannot grasp it, Jesus did choose people for Heaven and people for Hell, but nonetheless died for every man, according to Scripture. Unless you want to twist Hebrews 2:9, which directly states that He did?
You have erred because you have not obeyed Proverbs 3:5, you have instead decided to lean on your own understanding and try to make Scripture say what it doesn't, in an attempt to fit things. You have erred, because you do not obey 1 Corinthians 4:6, which specifically tells us NOT to go beyond what is written, which is why everyone who does becomes arrogant and puffed up (it's why we have denominations and division, because people go off of ideas BASED upon Scripture, and not Scripture explaining and confirming Scripture), tossing around strange doctrine that gives rise to speculations (1 Timothy 1:3, 4). Paul talks about men preaching another gospel, and people tolerating that well enough (2 Corinthians 11:4). We're told that actually, if anyone preaches another gospel, that man is to be accursed (Galatians 1:9), and if anyone does not consent to wholesome words, he is conceited and understands nothing(1 Timothy 6:3-5).
Matthew 4:4 says we have to live by EVERY word of God, Becca. Not just some, or most... but every word. If you reject Hebrews 2:9, you reject Jesus Christ (John 1:1-3, 14), who is the only one who can save your soul (James 1:21; John 14:6). Jesus says "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15).
