Hmm, what else. I'm a 23 year old pro-choice feminist liberal heterosexual female philosophy student who is for equal rights and doesn't believe in a deity (atheist, agnostic, non-theist, depending on how you define your terms). I believe in and support non-violent resistance. There's more, but that's what I can come up with off the top of my head.

The thing about labor isn't really the pain, it's the duration of it. It's kind of like running a marathon. You may get to rest for short amounts of time, but then you end up having to go back and be in pain before you are fully recovered from the pain you were just feeling. I think that's the worst part about birth. The fact that you are in pain and know that more pain is coming and that it will be doing this for hours and hours and just get worse and worse until you're either c-sectioned because it isn't going fast enough, or a freaking BABY comes out your v****a!
