Nothin' like a bowl of hot steaming veggies over brown rice on a cold winter's day... I'm making some right now, even though it's summer here. Have you been vegan long? My grandma was vegetarian so I didn't get too much crap from my parents about going vegan. Not everyone's so lucky.
