I wonder...in that instance, if a breed of Vampire went out of control, and required an army of half-mortals just to beat the living $hit out of the Vamp. Breed in question...wouldn't that lead to too much blood-shed to imagine, on all sides?

I not just a fan of the first 151 Pokemon. I love every season up to Hoenn. I was very excited when D/P/PLT came out but then I became deeply disappointed. The game makers gave old Pokemon unnecessary evolutions and they only focus on the new features in the game, not the storyline, the pokemon, moves etc. The new ones were not that great, they weren't what I and many others expected. The new pokemon wasn't impressive ether, I like a FEW but hardly. For example, Glaceon, cool looking pokemon right? Well anyone making an eevee team and knows about the eevees will know that it is better to pick vaporeon over glaceon because Vaporeon can do every move that a glaceon can do AND MORE. So what was the whole point making a Glaceon when Vaporeon can do it's ice moves?
The only reason it was successful was the wifi. Newbie wannabe trainers crawl out of no where and tried to act all hardcore using the wifi, while they really know nothing. Also the game was TOO EASY. Ppl beat it 100% in less then two days! The other games gave more of a challenge. They made all the goals of the games too easy to reach.
Now they are going to do a remake of gold and silver for the 10th anniversary and so far from all the rumors and announcements, it isn't looking so good. I really expecting the best from it after see the failure of D/P/PLT.
