I'm nineteen years old, currently a college sophomore. I'm going for my major in history, and then hopefully moving on to my Master's in Library Science. I lean to the left. I don't like to assign myself to the Democrats, because I don't like all their politicians. But I'll be dead before someone calls me a Republican (although I do like some of their politicians). Let's face it--in the end, it's all just hot air when you discuss politics, so I don't always like to. I'm not of any particular faith either--religious theory interests me, though. Don't write me off as an atheist though...I'm pretty sure there's a god out there, he's just not involved with what we do. I'm still figuring out what I believe; all I do know is that I don't want to follow a religion just because that happened to be the predominant in the area I grew up in.

By the way, I grew up in Indiana. And I'm still there, unfortunately. I'd like to move somewhere with a more stable climate. But good friends and a tolerable family make up for it. I also own an adorable guinea pig...she's got a bit of a bad attitude, but I love her all the same. And I work in the kitchen of a local restaurant.

Reading and writing are my two main passions. (Although I haven't done much writing lately...I have no one to blame but myself, ugh.) I own approximately 300 books. If you're a fellow reader, I recently started my own book blog: http://allacrossthepage.blogspot.com/
It's still pretty blah, I know. This last month of classes hasn't left me much time to work on it.

When I'm in the mood, I love video games. The DS, Wii, and PS2 are my main platforms (and when I feel I've got the money to spare, I will be buying an Xbox 360). And yeah, I play World of Warcraft. I run Horde and Alliance, but not on the same server.

Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Stewart are two of my biggest inspirations.

Haha yeah David was cool too, when I saw the show I was alot younger and my father had always been against gays, and I'd sort of been 'programmed' to hate them, but after watching that I realized how stupid I was, so yeah it really changed my life haha.

I absolutely adore Six Feet Under! My two favourite characters were Brenda and Nate, but I don't own the DVDs and had to return them, haven't seen it for about two years :{ , but yeah it doesn't get as much attention as it deserves.
