Hey there! I'm an intellectual, midwestern pagan girl currently attending the University of Chicago for a degree in Psychology. I practice psychic arts and study magic, though I maintain a scholarly eye for BS, so watch out! Otherwise, you'll find me playing cards, or on the Q & A forum. I like to roleplay, but it's hard to find one worth my time.

Azana here is a character, a brain child I made long ago with her own storyline. However, she's changed so much since I first wrote down on the profile, that it no longer fits her...

"My name is Azana Brown. I moved to Gaia a long time ago, hoping for a decent life, a good job, and a base of operations to find revenge for those who conspired against my parents. However, life rarely unfolds as planned, and Gaia especially holds to this idea. Strange things happen all the time, stranger than my own abilities, to be honest. I've seen and lived through so much: Grunnies, Jack and Santa's bitter rivalry, Gino's fusion with Gambino, the Von Helson/Gambino feud that kicked all that off, Ian's trial, the Zurg invasion, the Vampire War...

It speaks to both my abilities and my luck that I've been able to get through so much. However, surviving is not the same as coming out unscathed. These events and battles have changed me, as well, making me stronger, and a bit stranger, than I could have imagined upon my arrival. I do think of my parents now and then, and I do wish a most painful death on whoever took them out, but protecting the living outweighs giving justice to the dead..."
