you know who you'd love: Mary Gaitskill.
'Bad Behavior' is exactly that, A bunch of short stories, Sadistic Romances. they DO get a bit sexually explicit in some of the stories but they fit the bill perfectly for you.
OH! wait, here:
'Secretary' By Mary Gaitskill- It's not her BEST but it's good.

well, ha ha... see I get recognized for my poetry more often but I like fiction better, I think I'm better at fiction.
But my fiction is sick. like really twisted, horrible stuff. these are some of my more moderate stories:
1) A son is forced to visit his father, who is verbally abusive to him. The son has a mouse. the relationship between the mouse and the son parallels the relationship of the father and the son. The story ends when the father accidentally kills the mouse, but claims it was on purpose. The suggestion is that, the Son may kill his half brother out of grief. (because the 1/2 bro. is to the Son what the mouse is to the father.) It seems unclear but the writing expresses it brilliantly.
2) A boy is watching his little brother while his mother and father are out. While he is watching the brother, who is only 5, the brother accidentally kills the family dog. the older brother then goes about trying to cover the whole thing up. In the process, he throws the dog's corpse into a closet that seemingly 'appears and dissapears' though as the story goes on it seems more and more as if the older brother may just be mentally unstable. it ends when driven just to the brink of mania he tears open the closet door, in sight of his whole family, just to see if the dog was there, and all that's left is the dog's tag.
3) A man drives a woman to see the Grand Canyon, she has just won a large sum of money In Las Vagas. they arrive, and the man (who appears to be inelegent and charming.) pulls a gun on her. He intimidates her to the edge of the Canyon and pulls the trigger. we watch her die 3 times, First from the perspective of a park ranger who is investigating the presence of an unauthorized vehicle on the park grounds. (from here we simply see three shots fired and the woman grabbing her stomach and falling off the edge.) then the woman herself, From here we see she was not actually shot she assumed she was shot, and stumbled off the edge. then SPLAT! (ha ha ha) Finally, we get inside the guy's head. he Explains to the ranger, he was not a killer, the gun was loaded with blanks. He was facilitating the absurdity necessary to maintain an existential world. (study a bit of existentialism- this guy is both genius and insane at the same time. his logic is flawless yet in it's totality completely incorrect.)
and my most gruesome ideas... Oh! So wonderfully Evil. They make those three look like a children's cartoon
