What is a Yanderekko?


A YANDERE is a girl from anime/manga that starts off nice, shy and cute and not threatening at all, but then snaps and turns violent over LOVE, sometimes going even as far as committing murder. An example would be her loved-one coming to harm and then killing the person that harmed them, although many things related to love can spark their insanity. There is also the related noun YANDEREKKO which refers to a girl with a yandere personality. There is also the related YANGIRE, where the girls can snap over other things besides love, like family and paranoia.
