From a helper's perspective. [Music can kiss my a**.]
Shut the ******** up. No. Seriously. Do it.
I'm this close to asking to be dehelpered because of a group of about 15+ people in the hip hop forum. When I was asked to be a helper I said yes because I figured it'd be a way to keep the forum clean and members of the main hip hop music forum happy and make room for actual discussion.
I moved all inappropriate threads, all the repeats, gave plenty of room for ya'll to make good discussion threads, made official threads [with help from others], worked with Caz to try and keep it clean and organized, and ya'll still ain't satisfied?
Every day the 'job' becomes less and less fun to do. This s**t shouldn't be stressful, but members of the forum have made helpering an irritating task. It's not even the people who MAKE the repeats, it's the people who complain and don't do s**t.
Ya'll complain about troll threads, but yet don't report them and just let them sit? I don't get it. Someone pointed one out to me and said [in a nutshell] I wasn't doing my 'job'. But yet I go to check if someone reported it and; SURPRISE SURPRISE, NOBODY REPORTED IT. stfu.

There aren't any. I try to take care of them when I see them. That may not happen right away, but god forbid I have a life outside of gaia.
