- chibi-style | style #1
- • I will not accept "one-color" avatars.
• super-/mega-clutter = no-no. tasteful clutter is allgee, though.
• I will not accept 'group orders' of more than 3. (Unless you're going to bribe me.)
• I will not draw gore/blood/etc.
• I will not draw anything above PG-13.
• I only do fan art for certain characters.
• if I don't like your avatar, I probably won't accept. (This is unlikely, though.)
• if the character/OC you want me to draw is half-horse/something-that-isn't-entirely-human/whatever, then I will have to think it over before accepting.
• no mecha/machinery.
• I'll think of more stuff eventually.
- regular/anime-style | style #2
- [ CG ]
- • I do not accept cluttered avatars.
• I will hardly ever draw males. (Unless you want them to look feminine - the choice is yours.)
• I enjoy layered/complicated outfits, but not some avatar/character swimming in clothes.
• I will draw both avatars and OCs, but I do like OCs a little bit more.
• If your OC doesn't catch my eye, then I probably won't want to draw it.
• I will not draw blood/gore/etc or anything above PG-13.
• I do not draw muscles. Forget it.
• I will not draw "one-colored" avatars/characters.
• if you're giving me an OC to draw, I suggest you give me at least two references (or one very detailed one) AND/OR a detailed paragraph describing your OC(s). It's a risk you will have to take, however, if you do not have references. I will not be held responsible.
• I have a penchant for colored-CG work, so your art usually turns out better if you've ordered color.
• I tend to leave the skin white. I do not always feel up to coloring skin or I simply don't want to.
• I'll add more when something comes to mind.
- ohaybtw | just by the way ..
- • CG < Chibi
• cheebs take me about an hour or two to finish, but CGwork can take up to six to nine hours (depending on how many 'breaks' I take, ohoho).
• basically, I sketch out something on paper, when you order CG, scan it, then transform it into CG-stuff. I do this because I am not confident w/ just my stylus & tablet at the moment, and I am more comfortable sketching it on paper first. This way, I retain accuracy ~
so, it goes: paper + pen → scanner → photoshop (editing, details, etc) → corel painter essentials (coloring, shading, etc).
• I remove whatever I feel "gets in the way" (i.e. doesn't gel with the piece).
• remember to include items that you feel are important to your character/avatar, or I could remove them. (really, you guys NEED TO TELL ME if you don't want something to be removed.)
• I love chocolate pudding.
• I'm pretty flexible with my work.
• I am NOT a robot, people, my art work varies often. You have been warned.
• I don't consider myself an artist. I'm only learning. c:
