So for a while now, I've been working on this little project of mine. What is it, you ask?
Yet another roleplay thread. Yeah, I know.  But this one is more expansive than the previous, as I'm attempting to give my character a solid purpose in this world (and get her out of her house, really). It took a while to get things ready but I think I'm finally there.
And so, this Friday... there shall be a grand opening in this place.

I hope to have things going by 5:00 7:00(ish) PM central time. Regardless: when I show up, things have started. Both starred actions and paragraph style writing is acceptable. Avatar = character preferred but exceptions may be made. Formal attire preferred, whatever "formal" means for your character. Responses from me may be slow as I'll be playing multiple characters throughout the night. The "hired help" of the place will not be played for the evening as a result.
About my writing style: tongue-in-cheek all the way up to absurd entertains me greatly, and I think it's a good laugh to see how my characters react to bizarre situations. However, I am not intimidated by serious writing in the least. So while I have a typical dislike of god mode, I don't mind a curveball being thrown at my characters. I have around twenty years of writing experience and love a challenge. 
And anyone is invited to read as well. I love to entertain so who know, you just might get a giggle out of it somewhere.
