 F o r what is it to die, but to stand in the sun..._____________________________[Galestar swallowed, glancing around frantically.]
"I need Serpentfang to guard the nursery," he said swiftly, not caring if the warrior was present or not. "Larkcry will join her. The other warriors and apprentices must try to lure the eagles into the trees. The rest of us will wait in ambush and try to kill them. This has gone on for long enough! These birds will not make fools out of BreezeClan! We-"
[Before he could continue, he saw Saltpaw being confronted by an eagle. He let out a screech and sprang forward, barreling into the eagle. He landed on teh eagle's back. His claws ripped into its tough hide, and he sank his teeth into the eagle's neck.] _____________________________...and melt in the w i n d ?

[Talon's face remained void of any emotion as the apprentice spoke.] "No fear? Pitty. Looks like i will get no joy from this fight. Do your worst little cat. You are pitiful against me." [As Saltpaw lunged at the leader he flapped his wings, using the gust to blow her back. As she stumbled Talon lept up and knocked her around some with his hooked claws, ripping at her flesh. The eagle pinned her to the ground, using all of his mass to hold her in place.] "Worthless bag of fur. All you cats sicken me. How Avalon could have raised one such as you.... it sickens me! Just as she had you deify me, and just as she will you will die." [Slowly he began to burry his talons deep into her chest, slowly suffocating her.]
[Talon let out a screech of pain as Galestar tackled into him. He turned, bloodlust dripping from his rage. He spread his wings suddenly, knocking the leader off his back.] "YOU!! HEHEHEHEH I have been looking for you Galestar. I didnt think you would how up so soon~ I wouldnt touch me if i were you. all it takes n one flinch of my foot and she will breath no more. Do you really wish to bring death upon her? What a heartless leader you are. heheheh""

Loyalty means nothing unless it has...  Saltpaw[For a moment, Saltpaw thought she was going to connect with Talon. She imagined her claws tearing away his feathers and spilling his blood. But just as her confidence rose, she was thrown back by gust created by the eagle's wings. How had she been thrown back so easily, surely the bird was not that strong. But he was. He was atop her tearing at her pelt.]
[Saltpaw's fur which she had spent many sun highs cleaning was now becoming stained with red. She shuddered at the thought. Even under the eagle's talons she still fought. She twisted and turned, causing herself more pain. She swatted her claws at the bird, though he was out of reach. She was helpless.] ...at its heart the absolute principle of self-sacrifice

Frostclaw
[Frostclaw opened her eyes sleepily. What was going on? It sounded like wailing, and...Galestar. Her muscles tensed as her training kicked in. She jumped to her paws and bolted out of the Warrior's den. What her eyes showed her was Galestar barreling into an Eagle, with Saltpaw beneath it's talons.]
[Frostclaw almost stopped breathing. She needed to help. She had heard part of his order but only part. Were the warriors gathered? Would they help Galestar? Frostclaw decided not to wait and find out. She ran forward, skidding to a stop a cat length away from Talon. She extended her claws and hissed, her tail lashing from side to side.]

Pebbleheart “Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble."
_________________________________________________________ [Pebbleheart nodded, and watched as the leader used his great strength, to see the virbrant color of blood on the eagle's clean feathers. Her green eyes didn't focus on that, she knew she had to help the leader with the clan. Her pupils grew sharp like daggers as she ran in the middle of the clearing, her voice loud enough for all cats to hear.] "BreezeClan!! All elders, kits, queens and medicine cat enter the nursery this instant!!" She yowled. [She then looked over at Serpantfang with a worried look.] "Serpantfang!! Guard the nursery with all your might!" Pebbleheart ordered, trying to yell over the loud noise. [She gave the she-cat a gentle smile.] "Use your sharp fangs against those eagles if they try to touch you!" Pebbleheart encouraged, as she entered the nursery. [She noticed all queens and kits were in the nursery already.] "Remain in this den while we fend off those eagles!" she warned once more. [Her green eyes yielded a worried gaze as she frantically searched for her kits.] "Shadekit?!" she cried. "Swallowkit, Siegekit?!" she called out. [Her kits we're in sight, she tried to looked through the large crowd. Her heart beated with great worry, not being able to have one last sight of her kits. Pebbleheart gave Sweetmoon one last glance before leaving, making sure the queen is okay. As she left the nursery, she turned her attention to Serpantfang one last time.] "Make sure Ice is being protected, her memory loss can get worse if those eagles her!" Pebbleheart warned, over the loud noise. [She then rushed into the middle of the clearing, noticing no one but warriors in the camp. All hunting patrols should be coming very soon, StarClan we need them quick.] "Warriors!! We must protect BreezeClan! Wavepelt and Bluemoon, I need you guys to guard the entrance! There can be some eagles coming from that area!" Pebbleheart ordered. "Everyone else, use all your might to fend off these eagles!" she roared. [Pebbleheart unshed her sharp claws and clenched her teeth together, ready to fight any eagle.] _________________________________________________________

I will protect those I love. A v a l on _______________________________________[A large swoosh filled the air. A battle cry screeched and echoed among the moors.
A large looming figure swooped down, her wings plastered to her side as she divebombed, aimed towards the eagle who held the helpless kit in its talons.
Just before collision, the figure opened her wings, the whipping winds making her feathers flap wildly. Her own talons reached out, and her head reared back as she let out a second screech.
She barreled into the other eagle, her talons ripping his apart. The injured apprentice rolled out.
Pushing him back with her sharp talons, she landed in front of Galestar, her giant wings outstretched. They were more than three cat-lengths long. Her brown eyes were wide and furious, and she let out a final roar.
Above her, four other giant birds flapped, circling the spot where the eagle was. They let out encouraging screeches, their featherfur rippling in the winds. One was a silver gray, the second a deep brown, the third a startling white, and the last a beautiful golden sheen just like Avalon herself.]
Narrowing her eyes, Avalon said in catspeak, "So we meet again, Talon."

[Without warning Talon could eel himself being knocked back. He screeched out in surprise, no cat could possibly push him so far. He turned to see Avalon, the one he hated more than any other. At first he felt fear, but then rage.] "Avalon! I.. I dont think you would come so soon! I had a surprise waiting for you, but now its ruined! You came alittle too early. What a shame...." [He began to pace around her, his eyes sharp and full of malice. Before he could strick Arrow swooped down and nailed Avalon in the back with his talons. He screeched out at her in defiance.] "Keep away from Talon! Dont you EVER touch him!!!" [He roared.This pleased Talon.] "You see Avalon, you are alone, while i have my own army of loyal and trained assassins. You have lost.... you only bring this upon yourself." [Without waring he dove, he contently missed Avalon but instead delivered a killing blow to Saltpaw, knocking the life from her little body.]

Loyalty means nothing unless it has... Saltpaw [Saltpaw was rolling away from Talon, she didn't know how it happened, but she was. All she had noticed was a blur crashing into the eagle. When she finally came to a stop she stayed in her side. She had lost her barrings, and her strength. The action around her was a blur as she tried pushing herself to her paws.]
[Saltpaw looked forward, Avalon was not blocking her view of Talon. She was surprised when out of the blue, something hit her. Her sight only lasted a few seconds then everything went black. she could faintly hear Jaywing's voice telling her she failed. She knew she was imaging it, but it still brought pain to her heart. She had failed. her breath only last a heartbeat longer then her sight. Her heartbeat followed until she was completely still.]
(Yep it has. =3) ...at its heart the absolute principle of self-sacrifice

I will protect those I love.A v a l on_______________________________________[Avalon screeched as she was hit, her wings flapping.]
"Ah, but you see," she screeched cheerfully as she ripped a chunk of Arrow's flesh off, "you've arrived just in time."
[Opening her beak, she let out a different shriek than before. It was a shrill, high-pitched cry that at first sounded like a surrender, but it was somehow deeper-toned than a surrender-shriek.
Instantly, from the trees, four birds leapt forth.
A sheer white eagle swooped at Arrow, dragging him off of Avalon. Another dark-brown bird flew forward with another huge golden eagle and attacked Talon, ripping at him with their beaks and Talons. A final silver-gray bird swept over to the clan cats, pushing them back.]
"Greeting, Clan cats," he said in thick-accented catspeak. "My name is Peak. You stay back, now, keep low to the ground. We will scare them off."
[Avalon stood, her eyes glinting as her friends attacked Talon and Arrow.]
The white eagle shrieked at Arrow, her golden eyes glittering in fury, and said, "You shall rue the day you meddled with Blizzard, fool!"
The darker brown-and smallest- bird called out to her, "Blizzard, quiet! Focus on the kill!"
The second golden eagle said angrily, "Leave her be, Twigg! WE must focus!"
[The eagles fought furiously, not to kill but to threaten.] _______________________________________Don't test my wrath! The Gales of the wind are my heart.

[Arroew sriked in pain as a chunk of his flesh was riped off. Wind, his mate swooped down and dug her talons deep into Blizzard's flesh, refusing to let go.] "Dont you touch him!!! I wont let anything harm him ever again!" [She screamed in rage. Ever since that once battle Arrow had with Broken she had become intensely protective. She was willing to gave her life then and there if it meant protecting him. She dug her sharp hooked beak into Blizzard's neck, ripping at her furiously. Arrow watched in fear, fear that Blizzard would harm her.] "WIND STOP!!! She will hurt you!!! Dont hurt her!" [He screamed in sheer terror!]
[Talon lifted Saltpaw's dead body, letting it dangle in his hooked beak as he turned to look Galestar strait in the eyes.] "I tried to give you a chance to save her, but you r mother HAD to step in1 We could have made a deal, of peace. I had only come for one thing afterall. But it would seem that it is too late..."

I will protect those I love.A v a l on_______________________________________[Blizzard let out a shriek. The golden male bird whipped his head around, his icey blue eyes wide in shock.]
"BLIZZARD!" he screamed. He flew at Wind, wrencheng her wing with his talons. Her wing let out a satisfying pop. Blizzard writhed under the other she-bird's grip. "I-I can handle her m-myself, Titan!" she cried, trying to convince him, but he did not hear her.
Blizzard huffed frustratedly. She stepped back, turning to Arrow angrily. "If you don't want to get HURT, then LEAVE already, narrow-beak!" she shrieked, openening her snowy wings and screaming at him threateningly. Her furfeather fluffed out, and her tailfeathers raised, so that she looked twice her size. She screeched at him again, "Get your tailfeathers outta here!"
Avalon let out a cry and flapped forward. She reached up with her talons and forced Talon's beak open. Saltpaw's lifeless body fell and she snatched it up in her own talons, crouching low and covering the body with her wings, her head peering up at Talon. Twigg flapped over, standing next to Avalon protectively in case Talon attacked.
Peak appeared behind Avalon and quickly dragged Saltpaw's body back to the other cats, spreading his wings and hiding them. Galestar gently took Saltpaw's body, making sure it was well-hidden. He didn't know what the bird was talking about anyway.]
Standing straight, Avalon cried, "Leave, talon! You are not welcome here! I have every reason to rip the feathers out of your fur, so leave before I change my mind!"_______________________________________Don't test my wrath! The Gales of the wind are my heart.

[Frostclaw watched in terror as Saltpaw was lifted and shown to Galestar. The poor apprentice had just started to move past her mentor's death. Fury boiled within Frostclaw and despite Avalon's warning to stay back, the she cat rushed forward, prepared to tear the beak from Talon's head.]
"Put her down you monster!"
[Frostclaw yowled, bounding toward the bird. She hoped that she had gained his attention. She could prove to be a good distraction. Frostclaw feigned running right, running left instead. She was almost beside the eagle. She dug her hind legs into the ground and attempted to tackle Talon. Saltpaw's body was now being put in the protective care of the clan. After all this, she would get a burial, hopefully she would be the only one to be mourned. Frostclaw wouldn't stand to loose anymore clan-mates.]

Before he could reach her, Avalon pushed her aside, out of Talon's reach. Galestar crept up to her, glancing around wildly with his icey eyes for any other eagles.]
"Frostclaw, get back!" he hissed. "I will not add another warrior to StarClan's rank today, ESPECIALLY not my mate's!!"
He tugged at her fur, trying to pull her back. He understood why she was furious, but now was not the time to go blundering forth like a heedless kit! ]

Her eyes filled with tear as she starred at Saltpaw's lifeless body, knowing Frostclaw's grief over Saltpaw is going to take a while to heal.] "S-Saltpaw...dear...dear...Saltpaw...." Pebbleheart whimpered quietly, paying her forehead on Saltpaw's lifeless body. [She then shot her head up with a cold glare, at the eagles. Her teeth clenched.] "I'll pluck off all your feathers to reveal what ugly monsters you are!!" Pebbleheart roared. [She didn't glare at Alavon and his group, but at the others instead. Pebbleheart changed her angry gaze to Frostclaw.] "Hurry and take Saltpaw body to the nursery. She must rest in peace.." Pebbleheart whispered shakily. [Pebblehear then unshed her claws, digging into the hard surface of the camp. She glared at Talon.] _________________________________________________________
