Story
Once, a very long time ago, there was a mischeivious demon that wreaked havoc upon the mortal masses. More then anything, he was a narciussistic nuisance. He would take anything he pleased, mess with people's minds and emotions, hurt who got in his way, and caused chaos at any given opprotunity. Nobody could stand him, not even the most tolerant of peoples. Especially the main target of his mischeif, Archmage Dalamonde. After years and years of suffering this menace, he couldn't take it anymore. Dalamonde sealed the demon away in his own sword, and took it back with him to torment the demon for the rest of his life as the demon intended to do to him. Dalamonde made sure that sight was a feeling lost to the demon, and he also made sure that only the wielder of the sword could hear the demon's voice. This was beyond torture for the demon, especially since he was of the social sort. And by that, I mean he loved talking. You couldn't shut him up if your life depended on it. It took great patience and durability just to survive while being branded the wielder of his sword. So that's why every time the sword was passed on to a new generation, it would only be handed to the most patient and talented in swordsmanship when it came to the heirs. And each time, a male was chosen. It was expected that each time, the chosen wielder would be male. But as the years passed by, it seemed that the males were becoming lazier and less suited to hold the sword. One day, the current wielder of the sword had decided to pass it onto his eldest daughter rather then one of his incompatent sons. Seldom did he hear her complain or express any visible rage. She was obedient, silent, and distant in his eyes. His sons, however, were rowdy, loud, obnoxious, jealous, and greedy. He felt it would've been a disgrace to let them touch such a sword, especially since the demon was more so then they were when it came to being loud and rowdy. So the sword was handed down to her, with not one word to the demon about his current wielder being a woman. Her brothers weren't too happy about a female getting the sword, but they didn't voice their complaints. Well, not around their father or sister at least. So what should happen from here on out? Will the brothers eventually act on their malice? Or the demon? Will he ever be freed? And...what does the girl feel about all this? As I like to say, "Only you, the RP'er, shall decide!" |

Rules
. Follow Gaia's ToS. This means no cybering, no flaming, no trolling, no spamming, ect. ect.
2. No God-modding. You will not beleive how commonly this rule is broken, and how IRRITATING it is! You are NOT all powerful, you are NOT the most amazing person in the world, and NOBODY WILL BOW AT YOUR FEET if you do decide to godmod. It's just a one-way ticket to BANNED FROM THE RP! Got it? Good!
3. I do allow cursing. I don't care if you do it, just don't drop the F bomb every five words.
4. This is based in a Medival like world with magic and magical creatures. The only creatures that deal with high-tech type machinery are goblins and gnomes. This means that GOBLINS and GNOMES CANNOT USE MAGIC. Orcs cannot use magic either. All other races can.
5. If your character's family name is Dalamonde, your character is a human or at least half-human.
6. I will NOT accept characters before construction is complete.
7. For your profiles, use the skeleton provided. Bio's are MANDATORY, and I expect at least three sentences. I will tell you that you have too little if you have any less. And I will not allow any 'Unknowns' or 'lost memories' either. They are incredibly cliche`d. Try to be somewhat orrigional!
8. PM me your profiles. Give them the title, "Cursed With a Blade" if you plan on taking a needed character and, "Won't He SHUT UP?!" if your planning on making an orrigional character. |

Cooking, cleaning, and sewing were never talents of her's. In fact, almost half of the times she's tried to cook resulted in some part of the castle being blown up. Her father long ago gave up on marrying her off and began treating her like a son.

Bio: Shinkukei is Aykoh's faternal twin brother and his personality started out, quiet and calm, then one day he found a mask in the attic and, out of curiousity, put it on. He was instantly possessed by the demon sealed in the mask, but managed to break part of it before it could take full control, so now he is a mix of the original Shinukei and the demon in the mask. A dark and sadistic man that barely maintains his humanity. He doesn't care about Aykoh getting the sword really, since he highly doubts that he could handle another demon and because the mask demon's powers allows him to conjure up a sword anyways so he doesn't need it. He keeps to himself mostly, not having anything to talk to anyone about usually, though he might open up more for his twin now that she has a blade as well.

I try to impress my family and Father mostly, but he never listened, or cared for my feelings as long as I was doing decent in life. I am opposite of Aykoh, but I love her all the same, no matter what. I am energetic, and kind hearted, and will always try my best to be the best. I congrats to Aykoh for getting the sword, though I wish it could of been me.

When I was younger, I was giving attention, but I pushed those who gave me affection away. Even though, I do not have the sword I want to be loved and cared for. I want to exceed in my family without the help of a blade. I’m building my courage to light the fire in me to run into the light, out of the darkness. I don’t want to be alone, I want to be loved. I want to show emotions in front of people. If I ever troubled during my mission, I will just soothe myself with my voice and carrying on! Nothing can stop me! My story is starting here! I know it’s a hard, hurtful road, but I will make it! Call my name, not Baka-san! Don’t ever look down on me! For one day, I can be successful!

Bio: Sealed away by an angel, Kurushimi was one of the high rulers of hell, she ruled over the aspect of suffering, though it did not need her to take it's course, only to enhance it. She was sealed along with all the other high demons to try and keep the apocolypse from occuring. When the mask that she was sealed in was put on by Aykoh's twin brother Shinkukei, she attempted to take over his body and mind, and would have succeeded if it wasn't for the fact that he tore apart the mask before she could complete it, but she managed to deposit herself in his mind instead of being destroyed as would have happened if she had tried to escape normally. Her being in his mind has infected Shinkukei and made him darker and more sadistic, so she doesn't truly mind, as long as he causes suffering she is content to stay in his head, for the moment. However she would not turn down a chance to be free again, if offered.
