Dear students,

Welcome to duel academy. It is an honor to welcome new talent and fresh minds. I do hope you have fun here, and hope you all make lots of friends.

Also students we will be given the task to host the newest and greatest tournament of all time, The Black Crown Cup. We will be gathering powerful duelists of all sorts to come to the academy. We hope their presence will motivate you to up your game.

The tournaments start date will be announced later.

One month had passed since the entrance exams.

Chancellor Anderson sat at his desk staring out at the harbor.

"So today the students arrive...i just hope they can handle whats to come, for i have a bad feeling about this tournament." He said in a low voice.

The deck in his pocket felt to him like it was itching to duel again.

"Soon...soon my old friends..." He whispered.

 

[Kumori Getsuei]

Kumori and Sebastian were sitting in the lounging area of the Ship that was traveling to the Academy. They sat and talked, Andal was talking with Sebastian's gaurdian spirit, Mystical Knight of Jackal. Sebastian does have spirits, he just cannot communicate with, or see them. Kumori had told Sebastian all about the spirits when they were younger.

"Hmmmmmmmm a tourny".
"I guess its time to pwn".

Emmet was working on his deck trying to perfect it while watching UFC. "Let's win this upcoming tournament guys." He said to his deck.

Wes was crusing around town on Synchro. The Black Crown Tournament. Finally, my Pro Circuit debut." He thought for he was still kicking himself for missing the Fortune Cup.

Traci hurridly walked along the streets of Neo Domino City. She was cursing under her breath as she scrambled to put on her Ra yellow jacket while looking at the time. "I'm late.. Rosy isn't going to be happy," Traci muttered. "Taxi!" she yelled out, and sure enough a yellow cab slid to a hault in front of her. Traci climbed into the Taxi and gave the man directions; they were off in a flash. After ten anxiety-filled minutes, the cab pulled over on the side of red and black gates; behind these gates was a large and beautiful mansion. Traci payed the man, gathered her things, and exited the cab. Roelin was waiting for her in front of the slightly opened gate, giving her a dirty look. Traci strode over to Roelin and sighed. "Yeah, yeah, I know I'm late. Sorry."

Roelin rolled his eyes and turned to the gate without giving Traci a response. They entered through the gate and almost ran through the large courtyard, heading for the cherrywood doors that stood staunchly on the mansion. A man swung open the doors and bowed to them, letting them through into the Grand Hallway where a huge chandellier hang above the ceiling. The duo quickly marched across the marble floor and down a few flight of stairs into a cold and dark corridor only lit by candles. They quickened their pace, praying to God the meeting hadn't already started yet.

Joshua walks to Mr.Rajinmaru's office
"Hello Mr.Maru hows it going".

 

[Dosico]

On the ship Tyler comes out of the bathroom mumbling.

"That is the last time i have my dad's scrambled eggs for breakfast." He said heading out to the bow, were the wind was strongest.


In the lounging area Cadel is examining the tarot cards on the table, he shuffles them and picks a card from the top of the deck.

"This tournament...shall be dangerous..." He said in a whisper as he drew the top card.

Jack was already out on the bow, just gazing out at the everlasting ocean.

Carth entered the lounge. He smiled at the sight of all the new students. "Ah, fresh minds," He said to himself walking over to an empty couch and sitting down. He opened the bag he was carrying and pulled out his laptop, immediately checking over his few lesson plans for the year (he likes to wing it most of the time).

Emmet came out to get some fresh air. "Let's hope that I can at least get past the preliminaries." HE said to himself.

Tyler leans against the railing letting the breeze flow through his hair.

Silpheed appears.

~Silpheed~ "We have arrived Tyler." As a small island loomed in the distance.

~Tyler~ "So we have, oh the duels we shall have there." He said a little loudly.

"Talking to Silpheed, I'm guessing," Jack said, smiling and turning to Tyler. "I think that I heard at least a little bit of his voice... or the wind."
BLS appeared, "It's good to see the two of you again."
