When a cantaloupe just won't do.

Step One: Procure a banana, preferably one of above average size.
Step Two: Cut off the top (part with the stem) half inch to inch of the banana (whatever gives you enough entry space).
Step Three: Microwave on high for 5 seconds.
Step Four: Squeeze out all the fruit part of the banana CAREFULLY. Don't want to hurt your toy.
Step Five: Wrap in paper towels and microwave for 8 more seconds on high.
Step Six: Get a toilet paper roll (or paper towel roll for the magnums among us) and put on the outside to hold it steady.

Step Seven: HOLD THAT s**t DOWN ***** SHOOT THAT s**t *****.

Step Eight: Clean up.
