The game play is kind of... anything you can think of doing, you do. There's no fighting, really, but there are enemies sometimes.
There are boards and you can dress up your little sackboy (easily make it a girl) and then you go through the boards, solve the puzzles, jump on things, hang on things, open locks and the like. Then there are a ton of mini-boards, and you can also make your own boards - and there are hundreds, if not thousands of custom boards.
There are some enemies, but you more or less jump on these little orbs they have and then they fall apart, but you can die from electric things, fire, really far falls, being squished and more.

Sepherest Version2 Personally I think it looks kind of bad. I'm not a fan of Niss' GRINDAN GAEMS and most of the games featured in it are fairly obscure (aside Disgaea and Darkstalkers if people actually still remember it) to really appeal to a US audience. And it's on the PS3. Mm, I agree with the obscurity, but that's fine - you can just treat them like new characters that you don't know. But I played AR Tonelico, too and really anjoyed it and you get like 5 people from that, which is hot. Atelier series, too, but it's not Iris, it's Marie - but she seems a lot more charismatic than Iris was. She's adorable and a spaz. |
