kenneth20748 My friend makes fun of me because I love reading shojo. Whether it be Peach Girl, Marmalade Boy, and my newest edition, Tramps Like Us, he frowns upon me. *sigh* Is there something psychologically wrong with me? Can't a guy like this stuff? I need support...females preferably, but any will do. doesnt really matter what your friend thinks...if you like it then you shouldnt care i dun care that my friend thinks im weird becuase i read yaoi because it doesnt matter |

Lilahanael Like the subject asks.... Why are some Anime fans jerks about it? There are people I've encountered on these forums that like to look down their nose at other people for not knowing every little detail about anime. Cannot a person just like anime because it's a delight to them? Does one have to know every single detail down to the "why the creator did that or this"? Maybe a person just enjoys the story? Please if you are one of these "jerks" get over yourself. Not everyone can blow every single dime they have on anime or the conventions. Some people have bills and families to take care of. Not all of us are living off mommy and daddy's checks. some people are that way because they dont wont other people to get confused or get the story wrong because then its really confusing....i dunno |

maximusp All my frineds are now into anime and manga but i dont have a clue about anything. I need advise on which mangas and animes are the best and on what no to get. Please help me so i dont get confused whenever they talk about what they watched or read the other day eek I have watched some bleach and read and seen bits and bobs of trigun dude why does it matter what your friends like if your into anime i suggest naruto or yu yu hakusho but if you only like it because your friends do then you need get a damn life |
