There was a book published titled
---------------------
Expedition: Being an Account in Words and Artwork of the 2358 A.D. Voyage to Darwin IV
------------------------
And it made way to a discovery movie title Alien Planet now the book was written by Wayne Doglas Barlowe now I would like to know if anyone read this book and their thoughts on it because I would like to purches this book and read it.........and I would als like to talk about the topic of can a planet like this really be real?

I've never read the book, but I really would like to. I've watched Alien Planet and thoroughly enjoyed it.

As for the idea of a planet with extra-terrestrial life, it's plausible. There are a number of requirements for life (as we know it), but on the other hand, the universe is a very big place. However, chances are that we would come across microscopic extra-terrestrials before we discover a planet like Darwin IV.
