ROing Gaians?

I played on Loki about 3-4 years ago. I had a Acloyte close to getting her last ability so I could finally change her to a priest and a dancer. I just logged back on for the first time in years to start playing them again but none of my charcaters are there anymore... so I am not sure if I will play or not again unless I can get them back. I would hate to start from scratch. I had great stuff since I found a card that had been worth a lot and someone gave me a great present in the form of bao and I want the bao back >.< my hubby made me go back to WOW same with the friend I had on RO since he wanted to go back to WOW too, only reason I ended up stopping.

Oops! Nevermind! I forgot I had another account that had all my good chars on it! Hmm though my bao bao are not there! I wonder what happened to them crying

By the way, I had to reinstall RO recently, and forgot how to bring up this window, bar, doo-hickey-thingie:


If anyone could be so kind as to tell me how to bring that up, I would be forever grateful. razz
(It helps a lot having that window open when your main account is a Mage, who relies a LOT in spells displayed in that window. gonk )
