u still having problem with the donation XP ...
my problem is that i live in peru and i cant put peru in the country slot
i cant do the donation X_X with visa it always says to create a paypal account

I did not recieve my donation letter for Oct. Now, I know all I have to do is show proof of my purchase and the problem will be fixed. However, the only proof I have is a print off that I got from the bank because I no longer had the email reciept. Would I be able to fax this as proof or should I type out the information? Thank you for your time.

What method of donation did you do o_o? If it's snail mail, all you need to do is verify with GAIA Online the Money Order or Check Number that piece of paper has on it. As well as your mailing address...heh ^^;;

Unfortunately, the Feedback Form is responded by the admins whenever they get a chance to. If like the month of October 2005...recently GAIA had a huge event...the concentration for that is focused on the event and the Feedback form is done whenever they have the time to respond to them. But GAIA online admins WILL respond to them. You just need to be patient...since the feedback form is used by the 2 million plus users on this site for everything.

waited two weeks then sent the second feedback form. They should send out an email explaining where my stuff is since they have my money. I think that's just good business practice since they were paid for a service that has yet to be completed.

It really depends on what e-mail provider you have. If you can double check all the tabs and see whether or not the letters are there. Also, GAIA Online isn't really a business since...it's more of a "Donation" to keep this free site alive...

I have AOL and I have it set up so that nothing goes to the junk mail before I scan through it. I've been keenly watching for letters from Gaia. and still nothing. I think I lost $5 for nothing! ninja

You didn't lose the $5. If you've already sent the two reciept to GAIA Online...all you need to do is be patient...since the October event just ended. They can get back to the roll of things...

You can send another feedback form if you wish...but the admins will get to it and investigate...match up "their" records with the one you've provided and then if the letters aren't there. They will manually grant the item in your storage.

You will get the item you've bought from GAIA.
It's a Thank You Letter, thanking you for donating to GAIA online.

Is there anyway to revoke a feedback form?

I got my donations mixed up, so I thought that the admins had sent me the letters that I shouldn't have received yet. I was mistaken though, and found out that those were letters from a donation that I had made before the donation I made on October 31st.

Basically, I told the admins to ignore the donation that will be arriving soon (the donation I made on October 31st.) because I thought it was a redundant donation.

If I haven't confused you yet, am I screwed? sweatdrop

i donated last month and didnt recieve my letters....i waited the 10 days and sent a feedback form...how long after that does it normally take to recieve my letters...is it 2-3 weeks? should i send another feedback? i honestly dont know what to do...i have only had this happen once before and then i recieved my letters the next day...any help is appreciated 3nodding ....thanks smile
