Update Salon/Stores Not Working: Many people are experiencing problems buying from the stores and salon. There have been reports of gold being taken without the item/hairstyle appearing, so please be aware and use at your own risk. |

Please PM Dri uf you have gotten that message. |

Addition:[color=white] Blank Trade Titles When sending a trade, it will show blank. If you start another trade with the same user it will tell you that there is already an active trade. After that, it will show in Pending Trades! |

New![color=white] Problems with PM's! Sometimes when you look in your inbox, it is suddenly showing things that were in there days ago! It is believed that a single server is experiencing lag, however with the load balancer in use, we can't tell which it is. Sasha, Rufus and Reinhart are three servers that are working fine. Please try them. Also, it seems as if the problem where the links were set to http://www.gaiaonline.com/profile/ is still there on some servers. Try to use the  whenever possible.Moved![color=white] The Salon/Stores are having issues, you may not be able to buy at all, or it may take your gold without giving anything in return. People have reported success in just waiting it out, as well as Unequipping all items and then attempting to reequip. The issue is still being looked into. Added White Pages to Info Page
New Issues Olympic Forum Sorry, this should have been added a bit ago. We know the Olympic Forum is completely archived. It's on a very big list of things to set to right. smile Status Changes New posts in the GGN are not visible Update 19Oct2004: Should be working now. Fixed by dev. New posts in the GGN are not able to be viewed, though the reply count, and last post count are being updated. Cannot save Changes Oct 19, 2004: Appears to be fixed about when Journals went live. Aug 29, 2004: After clicking on Save Changes, it takes you to a blank page. Switching the servers or altering the url does not help. sad Update Aug/11/2004: This problem seems to be occuring with large volumes of users accessing the inventory page at the same time. Users have reported accessing the server on off-peak hours has been helpful in solving this problem. When on the inventory page, you are able to preview items on your character but Save Changes times out, and doesnt save the changes. Cannot get in to Inventory/Profile page, cannot delete Character Update Sep/21/2004: Delete Character is working properly again Update Aug/21/2004: The profile servers should be a bit more stable by now, so the number of people who can't access the profile page / delete their character should be reduced. If you are unable to access your profile page, wait a few minutes, and try again. The servers that work for the Inventory page ( ruby, reinhart and dale) aren't always working. Occasionly you cannot get to your inventory page and sometimes Save Changes doesnt go through. Delete Character, however, seems not to be functioning at all. There is no fix at this time. New Unable to transfer ownership When attempting to transfer ownership of a guild, it does not work. Instead, it leaves nobody in charge of the guild. At this time, it is strongly reccomended users avoid transfering guilds between each other. Forgot to stick that one into the Guild Issues... |

New!! Sellback not working (Oct21) Do not try selling things to the store right now. An error will occur and the item will be lost. Archived White Screen (19Oct2004) When surfing Gaia, you may be presented with a white screen that has nothing else on it. Simply refreshing will cure this. It seems to be connected to certain servers in the Gaia cluster. Ghost PMs? (15Oct2004) Some users have reported opening their inbox only to discover they have "new" messages they deleted days ago. This could be caused by several things, ranging from a cached page to the server itself being out of sync. This problem should fix itself over time. |
