New! Journal Error Jan 23 For the last couple of days, members have been unable to delete entries out of their journals. There is no workaround for this. |

This has actually been going on for a long time now. For many users, the icons on threads do not show when there have been new posts since their last login. The icon only seems to change to indicate new posts made after these users have logged in. This also causes the 'new announcement' notice not to show up for the announcements forum if a new post has been made since they last logged in. Bank glitches Jan 22 There is a glitch with the bank currently when trading with other members. If the trade is canceled, the items in the trade may not come back. There is no fix for this. It is highly reccomended not to use the bank until this is fixed! Added Jan 23 For weeks now, the Bank has not been accepting information on the first try. Buying a trading or vending pass may need to be attempted several times before the purchase goes through. Adding gold or items will take 2 or more tries for it to take for some members. The same with sending a trade, many members need to add their password more than once before the trade will get sent. Starting a trade When looking at a member's Profile, or if they are on your friend's list, clicking the  button will take you directly to the trade page with them on the first try. |

New Events Jan 26 Recently, many members have been having problems recieving their events. The eek bubble and the message to say look around show up, and the "If you can't find your event, click here." all show. After clicking it, nothing happens. Possible solution When getting an event, have it open in a new window. When the event doesn't work, open it in a new window again. |

New Unclickable Items Jan 28 In the last week or so, many members have experienced difficulty with buying items in stores and trading items via the bank. When clicking on items in the stores or at the bank, nothing happens. There are no workarounds or fixes at this time. |

New, Consolidated Rotating Avatars Jan 28 Recently, new accounts have been having strange 'chameleon' rotating avatars that seem to change facial features, hair, gender, etc.. at random. This is currently being worked on. Workaround: Putting on any clothing and saving the changes to the avatar should fix this. LinkList Gold Disabled Jan 27 Hinata Gaining gold from posting new links in the Link List has been temporarily disabled due to an abuse by certain users through either spam or through botting. Archived Quotes Jan 28 - This has been fixed now, and quotes are working in both the forums and PM's. The quotes are not working properly lately. sad
When you quote someone, it will not auto-fill their name. If you place their name in the quotes, then their name will show. An example: example This .. Quote: text [quote=""]text[/quote] becomes this ... Name! text [quote="Name!"]text[/quote] Private Messages The name quotes aren't showing at al in PM's but just quote is working fine. 3nodding example Quote: text vs. [u "Name!"]text[/quote] Archived Avatars are not saving! Dec 27 When changing appearance, avatars will save as the default grey base image. There is a workaround located HERE. Resolved & Archived RESOLVED Trade Icon not showing (Dec 8 ) This should be resolved now. A few days ago, the trade icon stopped showing up for all trades. There is no fix for this. Please use PM's to communicate to others when you want to trade. ARCHIVED Unable to use Marketplace Update Oct/19/2004: Appears fixed. Another error appeared where users reported their trading was banned when in fact, it wasn't. This problem has been resolved as well. message There were one or more errors while processing your request The item you wish to bid on is invalid. You must select an item from the Vending list. The Item you requested is no longer available or the user you are trying to buy from has had his/her trade account revoked Don't panic! That message most likely is untrue. Please wait until later and try again. Bank Lagged and/or Down Update Oct/19/2004: The issue connected to this specific item has been resolved. Update Aug/21/2004: The bank appears to be suffering from major lag and some transactions are hanging at the second confirmation. The cause of this is being looked into. Currently the bank is not letting anyone access it. There is no fix, please wait a while and try again. |

A workaround has been found, though it may only work for some users: Foolish The "I can't click on store items" can be worked around by disabling Norton Internet Security...possibly other firewall software, but I only have one thing to test on. Report Information on this here. If anyone knows of something not listed that they think should be, feel free to PM me about it too. ^^ |

Added: Users are getting an error message saying, "This trade had been confirmed by you. You can only edit or cancel this trade. Click here to view your trade with XXX" After clicking, it takes them to a blank page and the trade does not complete. Mods cannot restore your items, so please do not PM us asking us to do so. When the problem is solved there'll be a post here indicating whether or not item recovery is possible and/or needed and how to do it if it is. |

The items have NOT been lost. The trades are simply not being completed. Marketplace Jan 19 For the past few days, transactions have not been completing on their own. When a bid times out, it does not give the item to the buyer nor the gold to the seller. Sometimes the seller is able to go in to their store and finish the bid by clicking on "Accept" Jan 30 Some users are getting an error that says, "Information Transaction lock found on vend table, please try again" when trying to buy or sell items in the marketplace. Cause is currently unknown and there are no fixes. |

New Stuff PM access Jan 31 The PM system is not working and working intermittenly right now. Please be patient until the admins work it out. There is now work around right now. Store Preview Jan 31 When previewing an item in the store, it gives you a broken image. New, Fixed, Updated Trading Feb 1st Many users are experiencing difficulty with adding items to their trades at the bank. Items either refuse to be added, or show up as a red X and the trade does not complete properly. This is being worked on.
