Can't Customize my Avatar

I have problems customizeing my avatar, when i click equip an item the screen where my avatar should be is just empty.

And if i click save after i tryed to equip something it says this "The base model for your avatar does not exist. please reconfigure your avatar"

Why is this happening and can i in some way fix this?


Edit: Managed to fix this my self by deleting my avatar and recreating it.

this should be a glitch... make sure you definitely clicked recreate your avi and entered your password after doing so. (required)
