How Young Is Too Young To Be Capable of Violent Crime? Go to post 38 Extended Discussion Sat Nov 14, 2009 3:29 am

I'm not sure to be honest. I would think it would take A LOOOOOOOOOT of RAEG to actually pick up a car jack (really!?) and beat the crap outta someone. It's stunning that someone so young did this. I don't want to blame the kid at all, but I've never heard about this happening before. Maybe he has some biological issues. Humans, like most animals, can be violent when provoked, I just can't imagine what set the child off. As a three-year-old I feel he was incapable of really knowing the consequences. I don't think children that young think that far ahead.
His mother gave him the car jack, then told him that his brother hates him.

Would you believe in ghosts if there were evidence?
That would kind of leave you without an option, wouldn't it?

The article
The mother appealed after a government authority that grants compensation for victims of violent crimes refused to pay her.
I lol'd. I dare one of you to tell me that the mother didn't lock the boys up and give them something to fight over just so she could con the government out of some money.
A religous riddle for thee, ED! Go to post 35 Extended Discussion Sat Nov 14, 2009 2:52 am
It's simple:

the Bible was written after God created Earth, and it was easier for the scribe to write (and God to say) that the earth was made in 6 days than 518400 seconds. After all, the unit of measurement called a "day" did exist before the person who wrote the Bible.

Duh.

It's pleasing if you want a game that focuses on combat since that is literally the object of the game. There is no world questing or mini-games or anything you'd expect from Final Fantasy - it is, in essence, a platform fighter.
I want to get FF7... Go to post 6 Final Fantasy Sat Nov 14, 2009 2:36 am
The answer is eBay.com

The person you saw selling it for $800 probably won't get a bidder. I used to see copies of Final Fantasy 7 that never sold for more than 80 dollars.

Final Fantasy X - Pilfer/Nab Gil? Go to post 8 Final Fantasy Mon Jul 13, 2009 10:23 pm
The only way to know for certain how much gil can be pilfered is by consulting a guide. It does vary by enemy, and the human characters and boss-level fiends tend to have the most available. If I'm not mistaken, it's possible to pilfer as much as 1000 gil from LeBlanc right at the start of the game. Considering there isn't many things to spend gil on and there are exploits you can use to obtain a lot of it, Pilfer Gil does become very inane very fast.
