I play 3.5e, mostly because it's infinitely more customizable than 4e. At least for characters.
@Rawch: In 3.5e, as soon as a druid gets Timeless body, according to Adventurers handbook, the animal can live for up to twice it's species normal lifetime, assuming it never gets into combat.

Designer Genes Ninja/ Dwarven Defender combo is really nice. Combo it off with an ally that can dimension door you a lot (Like an Artificer!) and you have won D&D. Ninja/Dwarven defender isn't nearly as good as Rogue/Ghost-faced Killer/Engineer. Jest saying. Well, thanks guys, i guess. |

Bleh.
I wouldn't advocate being merciless, but don't be gentle with them if they're gonna be playing 4-10th level characters. With a little time, and access to non-core books, i can have a wizard build dishing out 100+ points of damage a turn. Start them out at level 1-3, because it'll let you learn a bit more about their strategys. |

It's what i do. I have ridiculously overpowered characters that make no roleplaying sense (At least i TRY to roleplay them) like a Fighter2/Barbarian3/Assassin5 with Able Learner. And that's just using the core.
Is this okay? |

I find play-by-post to not be as fun as D&d, but it is necessary, given that our GM is in the navy, waiting to be deployed.

Biologically, both a male and a female are required. However, homosexuality crops up when a species becomes overpopulated. Humans are severely overpopulated, thus homosexuality comes up. Without chorosmones, humans are asexual. Therefore, the reasons lesbians like v****a are the same reason straight women like p***s.

Hero Chitty Red Phoenix48 Hero Chitty I was just thinking... you know how speed is relative(isn't it)? If you're on train A heading east at 100km/h and Train B is heading west at 100km/h, then relative to you Train B is moving away at 200km/h... So if you were a beam of light coming from the sun and you were going in one direction at the speed of light and there was another beam of light from the other side of the sun heading in the opposite direction at the speed of light... relative to the first beam of light the second is moving away from it at twice the speed of light... Is that right or do I just not understand relative speed thingers? The speed of light is the absolute limit. No exceptions. Ever. Your mass increases as your speed increases(Theoretical, of course. A smaller object moving faster impacts as though it was larger.) A photon moving faster than the speed of light would have a theoretical mass of GREATER THAN THE UNIVERSE. But train A and Train B! So light is only the max speed relative to the universe... or is it like infinity where speed of light plus speed of light = speed of light? Yes. That is correct. Speed of light + speed of light is still speed of light. I'm not sure of the math, but i think the distance can increase at twice the speed of light as long as there is no object moving faster than the speed of light. |
