So, I have a crush on this girl. (Acutally, my friends ex-, but that's a different story.) So, anyway, at the begining of the summer, we started flirting around, but I noticed she liked this other guy. She told me so herself, too. I'll call him Craig. Now, Craig is an a**. By his own admition. And he doesn't like her. Anywho, I'm rambling. So, I walk up to her today, while she's talking to some other girls at work, and I hear her say something about a guy she like more than Craig. I asked who it was, jokingly, but she wouldn't tell me. "Okay, what's he like," I say. "If I told you, you'd know who it is." Could she be talking about me? Am I reading too far into this? Help me, please!

Uhm... well sadly, you won't know until you ask her. It might be heartbreaking to hear the answer, but obviously it's better to ask and get it out of your system so you don't actually over analyze things. Not to mention it's easier to do then just keep torturing yourself... plus if she says no you can move on, you know? Even if it's easier said than done...

That would explain why she wouldn't tell me about this guy even though she had no problem telling me about Craig.

But till then, you could always keep poking and prodding her about who it is.

Then bring up, "Haha, it's ME isn't it?!" in a joking manner. xD

You can try.

It depends on how you will take it. One of my friend's asked me out 4 times and each time after being rejected, he felt he could never talk to me ever again, which caused quite a bit of drama.

If you are going to be like that, I suggest not asking her out unless you know how she feels.

I suggest building up your confidence beforehand, then.
Go for it, either asking her out or asking who she likes
It'd be more tense just waiting for the answer and the worse she can say is no.

Let it go for now, and just be there to catch her when she falls.....and she will.
