Be urself.. keep lookn for people in gaia like urself. Remember, this is a game, not the real world. U wont be happy till u r urself. put the past behind you and start new. just take 1 day at a time

You have to realize these items can't make you happy. When you base your happiness on something like possessions, you'll end up empty in the end cause they cannot give you real happiness.
You said that even when you bought nice items you still felt bad, clearly having more items wont make you feel any better. What happens if tomorrow you get hacked? Will you be unhappy forever due to the fact you lost your items? Things can happen to the things you own and posses. You can lose it, or it can get stolen. It's as much of a real life lesson as on Gaia- 'things' are temporary and therefore you can't depend your happiness on 'things'. Besides who cares about what people think about your avi? Who are they to say your not worth the time of day due to the way your avi looks? That's shallow. People forget this is a site with pixels, none of the stuff on here is real or can be taken off the site, how your avi looks does not determine the value of the person who owns the avi. If you really want to show people who you are, be yourself, that's worth more than anything on Gaia. ;3 |

why are you seeking acceptance from people who you dont know and will never meet.
gaia is supposed to be all about fun, yes sometimes people judge but thats human nature. work harder in real life and stop caring about what a bunch of pixels think of you. |

You're not the only one that has to go through with this......even in rl people just don't accept me. I always being myself but....nobody even cares about me, they say a whole bunch of things to me and I always get mad about it. But all my life....I never had any real friends because I can't trust anyone like I used to anymore because of all the backstabbing. I've always....been alone without any real friends to help, I've always relied on doing things on my own or just let it go without doing anything.

I know what it like for people to judge you on your appearance, in real life. But I think it does not matter on gaia. you can be your self, and not care what other people think. You are you, and I think that you are a nice person. i can tell by just what you wrote.

dont listen to pplz my avi is okay to me but to the guys tht think they have great avi's they think my avi is cute or hot or wateve yea it bothers me cuz i dont like alota attention. but then when the pplz tht have normal avis for like begginers no one likes to tlk to me but im not tht y i dont think it is right tht pplz make fun of other pplz avi's n who they act cuz look at my avi i act nothin lik the others who's avi's r like mine i am nice i geta long wit almost everyone, i no not to make fun of them cuz everyone started out the same at one point n then move up to the higher class sometimes it may take years n somtimes it may just take a few months but every1 still started out the same. so dont feel bad anyways i think ur avi is kewl its different n different is always great so dont let pplz put u down just cuz of ur avi just ignore them n move on n have a great time! biggrin ~babygirl_baby13~

You look like you have been on this for a long time... And in most cases... People who have been on this for quite some time usually are pretty lonely... I mean now I want nano-c for my dream avi but right now these 2 anima adamantea r fine for me. Im still called a noob and what not. I dont care because they just waste their life(not that im saying you do) I didint get all my stuff myself. Jennah assisted me and even my gaia sis. SO I still kind of feel like one even though I dont care what others say
