Alright LI, I have another issue.
So I've been super stressed lately; usually when I feel like this I get headaches/nausea/insomnia etc. Which is totally normal for me.
But this time around my headaches are more like migranes, they're really intense and concentrated in one spot behind my eye. They'll start randomly and go on for a little while, then go away. I've also had these weird bouts of dizziness. This is also very intense, and they happen randomly; I won't even be moving and the room will suddenly spin.
So I'm going to talk to my doctor about it at my next appointment, but I'm just wondering if this is normal, or if anyone might have some insight as to what may be happening.

I would say that it is not normal and you should get it checked out, but it does not sound too serious, just a weird form of migraine or something.

I have had this too, after awhile it went away, get plenty of sleep, eat right, drink water.
EDIT: please , still mention it to the doctor.

Yes, I'll definitely mention it to my doctor.
I just hope it doesn't turn into something too serioius. D:

Do you have an anxiety disorder? I know I do and when I get stressed I get so bad I end up passing out sometimes. I also tend to not eat or drink when I'm terribly stressed which leads to dizziness/passing out and so on. Go to a doctor to talk to them about the things you experience when stressed. Anyway, I hope you feel better.

I don't have as much experience with headaches like you've described, but I do have an anxiety disorder and have had sudden bouts of dizziness like that. I'll just be standing or sitting and all of a sudden everything's spinning....
I definitely agree with everyone who has said to mention it to a doctor. That's the only way you can be sure of knowing

i have the dizziness.
and my step-mom has the eye headaches.
take it easy, and go see the doctors.

Comment me? ;]

That usually happens to me when I'm at work or school. I do the dumb thing and wait to take an Excedrin when the pain becomes unbearable.
