I can't believe they've been through this for at least 4 years. I know they're not a unique case, or that such contracts are found only in SM Entertainement, but still, it's inhumane to me. |

Perhaps they aren't as rational as we think they are... when they were given the offer to sign up with SM. sad I'm shocked that their parents didn't even consider the consequences of the document.
I wonder what kind of contracts the other companies make. IE: PFull Entertainemnt, YG Entertainment... Like I said earlier, if I saw a contract like that, it set off some kind of alarm in my head "Dude don't even think about signing this." |

But you have to consider it was four years ago and that when you've got the chance to do your dream career, you don't say no to such an opportunity. In entertainment business, you don't find contracts everywhere and I think TVXQ! just took the chance to try, knowing - as was said in an article once - that if they didn't succeed, SM Entertainement would have to take care of them for at least 10 years. So if I was faced with such a situation, I don't actually know if I would really say a categoric "No." to it. |

This is true, we have to consider going into the entertainment business is never fair unless you can do it on your own, and everyone has to start somewhere. Their options were limited.

I also didn't want to be banned from Gaia- can you be banned for crude language? It did surprise me. I knew the figures were bad, just not that bad. Still though. I don't think any price for fame should be that high. |
