I kept restarting my town, playing for a few days and then stopping. After getting a town i really liked, and working hard to get all the neighbours that i really like, in hopes none of them will move away, i stopped playing WW again. Seeing as i'd much rather be an addict to CF. XD But instead of leaving my town to rot, and my loved neighbours move away, i deleted my character, and not the town. So now i'm wondering if the town will still collect weeds even without a character living there.
I can always hope, but i'm pretty sure there'll be weeds. >.<
