The games for the NEOGEO AES are hundreds of dollars... they're still in production today. The system is great for true arcade enthusiasts, not so good for competing against reasonably-priced consoles. Same for the NEOGEO CD, probably.

Oh, and SNK/NEOGEO went belly up for a few years there. Went bankrupt and bought itself back.

I think I still have an article form EGM talking about why SNK wnt belly up. Years ago, though. Soon after they cameback as SNK Playmore. Was really suprised 3nodding

Well a few of the consoles they made weren't too fantastic, or properly priced. The Neo Geo 64, AES, and the CD. When you can't sell consoles or handhelds due to the bad pricing, and overall lack of quality(in the case of the CD), or just due to not selling period you have trouble just staying a float.

Reminds me of the Jaguar

The Jaguar was just a horrible consoles.(and ataris last stand.)

Anyway, I'm just better off posting my ideas.

Mainly, I'm a firm believer of "no console is better than another" but the decision from the gamers is due down to just opinion of the systm and mainly the games released for the sytem.

Myself, I am now a total Nintendo fan. I have the Gamecube and Ds with the N64, GB, GBc and GBa somewhere. I just really enjoy Nintendo games. I don't care if the games are new or have the best graphics, just that they are fun, entertaining and can grasp my attention from my boring life. And this is what Nintendo games do and why I'm a follower of Nintendo. Sure the Cube and Ds aren't the best systems, but its the games to me that count. With the Gamecube games like Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime, Zelda: Wind Waker, Super Smash Bros Melee, F-Zero Gx, Eternal Darkness, ect, keep me entertained, where on the Ds there Advance Wars Ds, MArio Kart Ds, Castlevania DoS, Sonic Rush, Meteos, Tony Hawk, Kibry Canvas Curse totally draws me away from this world.

Say that tho, I do enjoy and like the other systems. Also Sega holds a speical place in my heart after being the first two consoles I had before getting a Ps and N64. God would love Sega to support the Revolution's virtual console so I can all the old games again gonk
