Apparently, last week, they finished the scanlations of Hasha no Tsurugi. Must. See. Zephiel. Dead. stressed

I know he had a sad story or whatever, but every time I got to that chapter where you have to save him in FE7, I was just begging for Nino or Jaffar to just kill him.

I know, I read it. Zeph was an idiot, I dislike him and I wanted to have him killed off in 7. Too bad it's game over if he dies.

@Jirachii: Nino's decent. I rarely use her though, well, before I had to replay Hector's tale, I was able to decently user her. But in Eliwood's tale, I can't use her. She comes in too late. Normally I have Erk, Lucius, and Canas promoted by the time I get to Nino. I know, it's totally screwed up but those are the three magic users I end up promoting.

Oh, I never use Nino. She's just not worth it to me. Canas and Lucius are really the only mages you need. Pent/Erk's nice to have, but not necessary. The most powerful mage in any of the games, though, is probably Ewan from Sacred Stones. Level him up all 50 levels and make him a summoner, and there is nothing that can kill him.

Canas is a shaman and Lucius is a bishop. I only end up getting Erk promoted because he's a tank when he ends up as Sage. Ewan IS awesome. I love him so much. I haven't gotten him to summoner but I should try that then.
I have always hated arena so I tend to not really use Nino and I'll end up never using Sophia either.

Well, the few monks/bishops you run into (that aren't healers) can easily be taken care of Lucius if you can't use a non-magic user. That's why a sage isn't really necessary. Plus, the only chapter you might actually need one on (the final chapter), you get Athos.

I used Lucius against anima users before. He never fails me...ever. Canas is decent though with light magic. And ah. Yea but I never use Athos. Well, I tend to not use him. I always end up using Eliwood to kill the dragon off.

OMG I LOVE HEATH. I'm sorry but I love Heath. I still want a FlorinaxHeath support. O only in my fan dreams.

I used Hector for my first walkthrough..not sure about the second..
I used Athos as a Shield of for Healing/Teleportation

I always had trouble with Heath...D= so Vaida was my Wyvern Knight..she's also awesome...and decent for am already evolved unit.

Yea there are scans for it.

I know bout save states. But I gave up after I killed off units. I just decided to move on. At least in the new one you can kill units instead of trying to save them. So now I know, I won't feel alone anymore.

When Hector died, I was just so shocked. He could have decimated all those guys and have been okay, I am sure---Hector's just /that/ baller. Then I remembered he HAD to die then. Presumably, there's no more major wars during his lifetime, and he had to die on a battlefield since he used Armadas, so there really wasn't any other choice. He had to die during that war.

What do you mean? The new ones play exactly like the old ones..some character don't die if they get killed but most of them do.

@Airmaid: I was so angry when Hector dies. It annoyed me. I was like "NOOOOOOOOO A GOOD UNIT!" I wanted him to be recruited. Man, that would have been awesome, in 6 of course.
