Can those of you who are having problems loading the games tell us what version of Flash you are using, along with browser and OS?

You can find out your flash version by going to this URL:

Edit: Also, are you on dial-up, or a high speed connection?

i only have trouble loading pinball and ELF. other games just randomly don't give me my rewards

Edit: I have high speed of some sort...

The game loads approximately 1/5 or 1/4 of the way, then just stops loading. Sometimes it starts flashing blue.

Cannot access both ELF and Pinball. The loading simply stops at 1/4 or 1/5 of the way and never loads. Sometimes these applications flash blue like crazy if it were to give you seizures (I'm immune to these kinds of seizures).

EDIT: The jigsaw is working fine, sometimes the puzzles (particularly hard and insane) stuck at the granting gold part when I finish them).

ELF and Pinball just loads forever at 1/5 of the loading bar
