.But if you really want some tips then start with light weight and do lots of reps with it.if you just wanna tone your body then mainly do core workouts not other muscle groups.itll bring up your endurance and when you want to work on arms,shoulders,chest,legs,or calfs then you can do alot more and keep at a steady pace.even if your sore in the morning continue the next day but now with the same muscle group.it takes 48 hours for a muscle to recover fully.your stomach is the only one you can workout everyday so stick to that.but mentally just stay committed.if you do something one day and quit or get lazy the next then thats another bit of a better body you couldve had.find a routine that works good for you no matter what that is.if its every other day then stick to it.if its twice one week and 3 times the next week then stick to that.
