I am short and curvy pretty much..

Random :
+ Black hair.
+ Dark brown eyes.
+ Skin is white/light tan
+ I'm about 5'1 or around there.. /short
+ Er..big chest ( 34 DD )
+ Weight is about 108 or something..;;

Will do :
+ I don't mind doing wigs if they will suit me.
+ Showing skin is okay <3.

Won't do:
+ Binding/Crossplay.
+ I don't like contacts so much </3

Right now I am working on getting a Morrigan costume together, but I am curious of what other people I could cosplay in the future ? ^^ ; ( I don't mind suggesting back <3 )

Maybe a Hiamori Momo cosplay? Or a Misamisa cosplay, but then you'll robably have to wear a wig 3nodding

You have the exact same body type as me. Same height and everything!

You prefer Lolita type styles I'm guessing, based on your pictures. Maybe try:
Kotoko from Chobits
Queen Esther from Trinity Blood. This is a great cosplay of her.
Sailor Mini Moon from Salior Moon.

Those are just some ideas....
