When I try booting the desktop system it blue screens reading the error...as follows

The initial system or system process has been terminated unexpectedly with status

0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x0010034c)

If anyone is good at computers then help would be much appreciated, thanks.

1. When did this start happening?
(After an update? Installed software? Installed hardware?)

2. Can you boot into safe mode successfully?
(Restart the machine and press F8 rapidly to get a screen to select safe mode.)

See if you can either reboot your comp or revert it to an earlier time.
You use windows Vista? Do this:
-Press F8 until you get a 'System Recover Options' screen thing come up.
-Click System Restore to choose an earlier point in time to revert your comp back to.
-Once this is done, your comp will, hopefully, go back to it's original state. No more trouble, hopefully.

Xaic got it right one, his method should getyour computer back to normal, something might have jumped your computer while you where on the net,so if you revert back the bug should be gone
