Hey so like I just got xp pro and I reformat.. my computer.
and then I have this 30 day count down to activate windows.
so I click on the " Do it over the internet option."
and when it tries to connect, it says it is unable to reach the server.
now obviously I am on the internet and so I am wondering how do I do it?
I don't want to call and pay lots of money..
so yeah.

yeah, but it gives me an product key thing.. so like when I put in the one thats mine.. it doesn't accept letters.

You kind of have to follow the directions on the screen, dude. It dosn't ask for the product key, it asks you to call in for a phone activation, and the phone system gives you numbers to put in.
