I finally was able to get on. I just kept going at it till it let me on, but I saw something strange when I logged in.

I see that every time I try to log out. It automatically logs me back in. There's no escape from this account. If I ever get off it, I'm never pushing the 'stay logged in' button ever again. EVER.

Same thing's happening to me, I immediately get logged back in, but I never hit the 'stay logged in' button. It just won't let me escape.

I cannot log on my main char! I havent been on gaia for a some time but I do know my login info and it keeps saying "wrong login info" when I try to log in. I got the email where it told me my account name and gave me the link where I can reset my password and I reset it, but it still keeps saying "wrong login info"! And I know I typed it correct every time! Who knows if I can log on this nooby char ever again!

Lately, when I've gone to login, I've always failed the first time. I KNOW I'm typing in my password correctly, going as far as staring at the keyboard and typing in each individual character.

Posting it in here like you said...

I use Firefox and like you said, I usually just pressed enter instead of clicking. But I do press enter the second time and it works.

EDIT: I clicked instead and I logged in first try...I guess that was why...or I was lucky sweatdrop

I have been having this issue for the last couple weeks. When I try to login the first time, it says Uh oh, incorrect login and brings up a page to try log in again. When I try it the second time, it works.
I am sure that I am typing both my username and password correctly, and the caps lock is not on or anything. It also doesn't make any difference whether I press the enter button or click.
I am using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

I'm not able to log into my account, and I'm not banned/blocked. It will sometimes log me in, but most of the time it won't. I've changed my password many times, but it won't work for me.
I'm on firefox 3.5.5 and I've even tried with IE6.
Sometimes this account won't log in either.

i have an account by the name of kaede kitsune that wont let me log into at all. every time i try its just another failed attempt. has been this way for over a week or so now. all of my items of value and gold is on that account and i cant access any of it. is there any way for me to at least get my items bak from the account. i no longer have the e-mail so i cant change the pass on kaede. that worked with my bro's accounts and this one but i cant do it on the other. any help would be great. thank you

My main account is having this problem.

Although my friend can log on occasionally I've had no luck with it. It's, pretty annoying since this is the first time I've come back to Gaia in about 3-4 months.

Tried Firefox 3.5.5, Tried Safari, Tried Chrome, Tried IE. (The rest cept for Safari are newest versions, I can get Safari's version in a second though.)

I'm guessing it's not a browser problem but an account problem itself. My friend can log on though after a while while I can't.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to go to or not..
But when I try to go into towns -when I know I am logged on- it says I need to log in.. Also, if I open up a gaia-related-link (like a link to an art shop or something..) I will be logged out on that page..
