Let me know who you think the most twisted (animated) Disney villain is and why.

I think Frollo, for the Hunchback of Notre Dame is, because of the way he hid behind religion, mentally tortured Quasimodo, and lusted after Esmeralda.

I think Maleficent was the worst,but Frollo does seem twisted in his ways

I also definitely agree with Maleficent being the most evil though. I mean, she tried to kill a girl, because she didn't get invited to the birthday party...haha
