This here is my veiw of how people saw the solar system back then,the sun and everything else revolved around earth,they thought the earth was flat,and killed each-other when the others are wrong. Therefore when there was a lunar eclipse they thought the world was comming to an end but it passed. They also named most of our planets after a god of some sort.
