Description:
I wanted to make something sparkly and space-y. This is what I came up with. It's sort of a..well I don't know how to describe it. I do like how it turned out though and this is by far one of my favorites. Please vote fairly. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Note: Not using a bald glitch, it's the Buddhist Monk's Tonsure.
