I always have a strange view of things, it's different from the people under me... But to me, the title seems to be talking about life, maybe. "no one here gets out alive" But I dunno, that's just my view. :]
(The coffee stain looks like it was done on purpose, like trying to give it some sort of style. xD But then again, that's just me
